Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt;

1- If a particular item is missing, you will be contacted within 48 hours by Perimetro Relativo, with a replacement suggestion or information about its availability.

After confirmation by the customer, the order will be shipped according to the deadlines set in the shipping table;

2- Orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer only after confirmation of payment or good collection of values;

3- Payment methods

3.1- By bank transfer to NIB (IBAN). Please enter your order number;

3.2- By Paypal

4- Cancellations

4.1- If within 24 hours of sending the email from Perimetro Relativo confirming the availability of the items, the payment of the order does not occur, Perimetro Relativo reserves the right to consider the order canceled, being the items put back for sale;

4.2- It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed by Perimetro Relativo;

4.3- In case of order errors attributable to Perimetro Relativo, the customer will receive the correct item at no additional cost within the deadlines set in the shipping table;

4.4- It is not possible to return the postage in case of customer attributable order errors;

5.1- All prices indicated on the site include the value of VAT at the legal rate in force;
