Resources The officially licensed 1955 Ford F-100 body is mounted on the proven Axial® SCX10 ™ II chassis Officially licensed METHOD bore wheels offer durability and clean appearance. Officially licensed Maxxis Trepador tires are molded from R30 compound for superior grip. The AR44 ™ front and rear axles feature a one-piece design with molded truss for extreme durability. High pinion design increases ground clearance, improves drive shaft angles and increases gear surface contact for durability. Universal joint axles allow up to 45 degrees of steering and provide smoother action for an efficient, high-performance drive system. The optimized drive ratio of 3.75 reduces the torque twist typically seen in other small pumpkin shaft designs. The realistic, high-strength C-channel chassis frame is made of durable steel with crossmembers for reinforcement and stiffness. Realistic shock rims with various shock mounting positions allow you to adjust your suspension for maximum performance. Adjustable battery tray accommodates batteries up to 32 x 44 x 147 mm (3S 5000mAh), improving weight distribution and center of gravity. Mounted on the servo steering is a metal servo horn for durability and a clearer steering feel. Suspension and steering have strong steel links with large M4 rod ends for durability. Chassis mounted servo with adjustable mounting system enhances scale appearance. Front suspension design virtually eliminates bump steer Oil coilover shocks and threaded shock bodies allow you to adjust the damping rate. The overall gear ratio of the AX10 ™ transmission can be adjusted using different pinion and spur options, allowing for super high or competition level tracking speed. The double slipper design uses a cushion on each side of the spur gear to increase surface area, allowing for more accurate fit and retention power. The 3-piece WB8 HD Wildboar ™ front and rear axles feature a reinforced float sliding tube that reduces bending and fatigue. The waterproof receiver box, located on the side plates, allows easy access and low center of gravity.
